TIMELINE

• ALFBERN returns to the village
• The village was burnt, MIHAI the village Elder and adoptive father of ALFBERN was killed in the disaster
• ALFBERN'S half-brother JON was missing after the fire. His other half-brother LINUS managed to save himself and IULIA, his mother
• LINUS stayed in the village to study the disaster. This led him to finding out that the nature of the disaster was not fully natural.
• Rumour has it that JON, his missing half-brother, was seen in the neighboring towns.
• JON was found by KLILDAR in a prison, a paladin whose mentor was also a victim of the fires in their hometown.
• KLILDAR freed JON and both agreed to help KLILDAR find his mentor’s magical artifact.
• JON hopes that his journey will lead him to find the demon responsible for the disaster in the village, a secret that only JON knows, because he was the person responsible for angering the demon and bringing the whole disaster to their village.
