At a Glance: Core Actions
Action
- Attack (x2): You have Extra Attack.
- Warhammer: +7 to hit, 1d8+4 Bludgeoning. Can push target 10 ft.
- Spear: +7 to hit, 1d6+4 Piercing. If you hit, target has Disadvantage on its next attack roll.
- Breath Weapon (Cold): Replaces one attack. 15-ft cone or 30-ft line. DC 13 DEX save or 2d10 Cold damage (half on success). 3/Long Rest.

Bonus Action
- Lay on Hands: Touch to heal a creature. You have a pool of 25 HP.
- Divine Favor: Your weapon attacks deal an extra 1d4 radiant damage for 1 min (Concentration).
- Divine Smite: After you hit, you can expend a spell slot to deal extra Radiant damage (2d8 for a 1st-level slot, +1d8 for each higher level, +1d8 more if the target is undead or a fiend).
- Channel Divinity (2/Long Rest, regain one on Short Rest):
- Champion Challenge: Creatures of your choice in 30 ft. must make a DC 14 WIS save or be unable to move more than 30 ft. away from you.
- Turn the Tide: Allies of your choice in 30 ft. regain 1d6+3 HP if they are below half HP.
- Draconic Flight: Gain a flying speed of 30 ft. for 10 minutes. 1/Long Rest.
Reaction
- Interception: When an enemy hits an ally within 5 ft., reduce the damage by 1d10+3.
- War Caster Spell: Cast a single-target spell at a creature that provokes an opportunity attack from you.
Spellcasting Options (By Situation)

Primary Damage
- Divine Smite: Your best damage tool against single targets, especially fiends and the undead of Barovia.
- Divine Favor (1st Lvl): ⭐ Good for multiple smaller enemies to add damage to each of your two attacks.
Support & Healing
- Bless (1st Lvl): ⭐ A powerful buff for your party. Target 3 creatures; they add 1d4 to attack rolls and saving throws.
- Cure Wounds (1st Lvl): Touch to heal 1d8+3 HP.
- Aid (2nd Lvl): Increase the max HP of 3 creatures by 5 for 8 hours. Excellent to cast before a big fight.
- Prayer of Healing (2nd Lvl): Good for out-of-combat healing (10 min cast time).
Control & Defense
- Protection from Evil and Good (1st Lvl): ⭐ Give an ally (or yourself) protection against aberrations, celestials, elementals, fey, fiends, and undead. They have Disadvantage to hit the target, and the target can't be charmed, frightened, or possessed by them.
- Zone of Truth (2nd Lvl - Oath Spell): ⭐ Force creatures in a 15-ft radius sphere to make a DC 14 CHA save or be unable to speak a deliberate lie.
DM's Tip for Klildar: Your greatest weapon against the horrors of this land is Divine Smite. Barovia is crawling with Undead and Fiends. Remember that your smites deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage to them. Don't be afraid to use your highest-level spell slots to deliver a powerful, cleansing blow to a major foe.
