Exploring the Keep

As they arrived at the keep, Bartho explained to them which areas were available for them to explore, and even told them that almost everyone at the keep would have need of help.

They decided to go to the tavern, where they met Xxxxx and had a good meal. After that they went to the inn, meeting Haldryck once again. After a few exchanges they went to bed for the night.

Travelling to the Caves of Chaos

On the following day they went to the Fortress to meet with Winvarle, the keep's lord. He explained to them that the area around the keep is full of strange things and that he would welcome any help in investigating the Caves of Chaos in particular. He promised some gold in return, but also said that the group could keep any treasures they might find.

With that they went on their way to the caves, but instead of travelling via the road they decided to go through the woods. Not long after their departure, they stumbled across a clearing that had a strange statue. Around it four robbed figures were chanting in what seemed to be an evil ritual, as assessed by the Wizard. They all agreed to attacking them.

The enemies seemed to be some sort of Cultists, and as the last one of them died he screamed something like the Chaos would take care of them.

That's where the session ended.
